Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
Aurora Crate Book Box does not accept returns or exchanges for our products since they are exclusive and limited edition items. 

Cancellations

Aurora Crate Book Box only allows cancellations within 24 hours of purchase due to these being limited and special made items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your package and photo documentation as well as order number is required.

If a product is damaged or defective then Aurora Crate Book Box can not guarantee that a replacement product can be sent since these are limited edition items. In that case a refund will be issued if it is deemed an acceptable exchange due to damage or defects.

Please note that boxes, slipcases and any packaging is not eligible for exchange since they are counted as protective material for the product. 

Loss and damages
If your item is lost or damaged in the shipping process (and you have chosen a trackable option) then a claim must be made with the shipping company. Please contact us in this event. If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address then no refund is possible. If you have chosen untracked shipping option then we can't do anything about lost packages.
