Shipping policy

Packages will be sent using trackable shipping unless another option is chosen at check out. If an option without tracking is chosen, then Aurora Crate Book Box can do nothing about lost packages. If a trackable package is lost, a claim can be made with the shipping company. Estimated delivery and shipping date will be mentioned in the product description, but Aurora Crate Book Box reserve the right for changes due to unforseen circumstances. 

Shipping takes time and Aurora Crate Book Box take no resposibility and can not control the time frame from which it has left our hands until it arrives to the customer. 

Please note that Aurora Crate Book Box is not responsible and have no control over any custom duties, tariffs, VAT or taxes that your order may be subjected to upon entry into your country. These must in that case be paid by the customer.
